    | 1. Heat oven to 350°F Trim fat from beef flank steak. Place steak between two pieces waxed paper and pound to 1/2 inch thickness. | 2. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, parsley, seasoning and garlic over beef - just to within 1 inch of the edges. | 3. Roll beef up tightly lengthwise and tie tightly with string in 3-4 places to secure. | 4. Place in an ungreased square baking dish (8x8x2 works well) and then brush with the olive oil. | 5. Cover and bake 45-50 minutes or until your desired level of doneness. | 6.
