    | 1. Brown ground beef over medium high heat, drain fat. | 2. Add vegetables and cook until starting to soften. | 3. Add sherry and evaporate most of the liquid. | 4. Add both cans of cream of mushroom soup and heat through to smooth consistency. | 5. Add curry power, (I add one tbsp at a time to not over do it with the curry, taste and continue if needed) allow 5-10 of simmering to allow flavours to work there way through, taste and adjust if needed. | 6.
