    | 1. Heat oil, add the cinnamon stick and large cardamon stir and then add the sliced onions. Fry till golden in color. Take out the onions in a small bowl. Put the cinnamon stick and cardomom back in the pan and add the meat to the pan. Fry the meat for about 5 - 10 minutes. Add ginger garlic, chilly powder, turmeric, salt, corriander and cumin powder, ground onion, almond powder and rest of the spices. Fry or bhoono well on medium heat till oil seperates. | 2. Add enough water for the meat to get done. In a blender, blend fried onions and yogurt. When the meat is almost done, add the yogurt mixtures and kewra.
