    | 1. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl and add meat slices. Mix well and make sure the meat gets evenly coated. Put into a zip top bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours. Place slices into your dehydrator or smoker at 165 degrees. Thinner slices will take about 4 hours. Make sure it doesn't get over dried and turn brittle. | 2.
