    | 1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the steaks). Set aside 3/4 cup for basting later. | 2. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable bag and add the steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes (mine stayed in over four hours). | 3. Drain and discard the marinade.
