    | 1. Drain the raisins and mince finely. Combine with the onions, chicken breast mixture, lemongrass, yogurt, coconut milk, cashews and seasoning, to taste. | 2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. | 3. Divide the dough into 30 pieces and form balls or cut the puff pastry into 30 pieces. | 4. Use your thumb and press into each dough ball or puff pastry piece making a well. | 5. Place a spoonful of filling into the well of each dough/puff pastry piece and push the sides in to form the ball/piece into a square. | 6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
