    | 1. Brown the burgers and saute the onion gently in the oil. | 2. Place in a casserole. Make a roux with the butter and flour, add the orange juice, rind, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and tomato paste. Cook well, stir in the tomatoes and season well. | 3. Pour into the casserole and cook at 160 C 30 - 40 minutes. | 4. Taste and adjust seasonings before serving. | 5. Serve with baked potatoes and green salad with slices of orange.
