    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. Remove excess water from spinach and chop. | 3. Heat oil in large pan. | 4. Add onion and cook until soft, stirring often. | 5. Add ground beef and cook until well browned, stirring often. | 6. Add mushrooms,cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring often. | 7. Remove from heat, drain all fat from pan. | 8. Add spinach, sour cream, oregano, thyme, and half of each cheese. Stirring well after each addition. | 9. Add salt and pepper to taste. | 10.
