    | 1. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil; saute garlic and onions for 4 minutes. | 2. Add beef and saute until no longer pink, approximately 4 minutes. | 3. Mix well. | 12. Pour cheese sauce over top. | 13. Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until hot. | 14.
