    | 1. Heat oil in large pan. | 2. Saute onion till translucent or a tiny bit brown. | 3. Remove onion from pan and set aside. | 4. Start browing beef in same pan. Add spices and Worcestershire when there is still a little pink left and continue browning for another 5 minutes. | 5. Add the beer to deglaze pan and continue heating till beer reduces a bit. | 6. While you're sauteeing your onions and browning your beef, drain and rinse the beans and put in a large pot. Pour tomato sauce and barbecue sauce over beans. Add the sauteed onion when it's ready. | 7. Pour beef/spice/beer mixture into bean/sauce mixture. | 8. Add your hot sauce, to taste. | 9. Heat pot of chili over medium till it begins to bubble. | 10. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for as long as you want, but at least an hour. Taste and add no-salt salt substitute, if you'd like. | 11. Enjoy the chili plain or with low fat shredded cheddar cheese or Fage 0% greek yogurt! | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
