    | 1. For Noodles: | 2. Cook pasta till aldente, drain. | 3. Heat oil and sesame oil in large skillet. | 4. Saute cabbage and green onions for about 5 minutes. | 5. Combine noodles and cabbage and set aside. | 6. For Meat: | 7. In a sauce pan, heat 2 tsp of olive oil. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, & water. | 8. Dissolve brown sugar in the sauce, then boil sauce for 2 minutes till it thickens. Remove from heat. | 9. Slice flank steak into bite size pieces. | 10. Dip steak in cornstarch, dusting both sides. | 11. Let beef sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. | 12. In a skillet, heat oil till hot and cook meat about 2 minutes on each side. | 13. Remove meat from skillet. Remove oil from skillet. | 14.
