    | 1. Brown meat with onions in skillet. Sprinkle meat with garlic powder. | 2. Put all other ingredients in a large crock pot except salt and pepper. | 3. Once meat has browned, add meat to crock pot and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste. | 4. Turn crock pot on high. | 5. I let mine cook on high for about 5-6 hours. | 6.
