    | 1. Slice beef into thick strips. | 2. In a medium bowl, combine chili powder, paprika and pepper. | 3. Add beef and coat well. | 4. Peel orange and remove all the pith. | 5. Divide orange into sections. | 6. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute beef for 3-5 minutes until done. | 7. Remove from pan and keep warm. | 8. In same skillet, add orange sections and salsa. | 9. Raise heat to medium high and cook for 1-2 minutes. | 10. Stir in cilantro and oregano. | 11. Continue to cook for 1-2 more minutes. | 12.
