    | 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. | 2. Use dish that is 22 x 18 cms approximately. | 3. Grease 6 cup ovenproof dish. | 4. Heat fry pan, cook chipolatas over moderate heat. | 5. This will take 5 or 6 minutes, turning and cooking. | 6. Drain on paper towel. | 7. Spray pan with oil, add onion, cook , stirring for 4 minutes. | 8. Add salami and capsicum, cook 5 minutes till vegies are soft. | 9. Whisk eggs, cream, cheese and parsley in large jug. | 10. Stir into onion mixture, pour into dish. | 11. Top with chipolatas. | 12.
