    | 1. Saute onion in oil. | 2. Add curry powder to onion and saute until warmed. | 3. Add ground beef to onions and cook until browned. | 4. When the meat is almost cooked, add soy sauce or salt to taste. | 5. Remove pan from heat and cool a little. | 6. Cut puff pastry sheets into 9 squares. Put a spoonful of beef mixture into center of each square, fold over puff pastry into a triangle, and seal. | 7. Place on cookie sheet. | 8. Brush tops with beaten egg. | 9.
