    | 1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees | 2. 2. Take the beef out of the package and wash it off well. | 3. 3. Line a casserole dish with aluminum foil and place the beef inside. | 4. 4. Coat the beef with the packet of onion soup mix, meat tenderizer,garlic and pepper. | 5. 5. Dice your veggie and add them along side the beef. | 6. 6. Add salt and pepper to veggies to taste. | 7. 7. Pour cooking wine over veggies and meat. | 8. 8. Cover over with aluminum foil. | 9. 9. Cook for 3 hours. | 10. 10.Take off the aluminum foil and brown the top of the meat. | 11. 11.
