Shredded Beef - Crock Pot Recipe!

    | 1. Place all ingredients in crock pot on low for 8-9 hours. | 2. **The liquid should almost cover the roast, so you can add more water to bring to that level. I just continue to add beer to get to that level. It takes anywhere from 2-3 bottles. | 3. Take beef out of crock pot and shred with forks. | 4. You can reduce the liquid if you want a more intense flavor. | 5. Add beef back to crock pot and you're ready to go! This is great with sandwich rolls and shredded cheese (mozzarella is my favorite).
