    | 1. In a small bowl combine the oyster sauce, chili paste, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well to make the sauce. | 2. Heat a wok until it is really hot (smoking) and add a tablespoon of peanut oil. | 3. Stir fry the asparagus and bell peppers for 3 or 4 minutes until 'crisp tender' and remove from pan. | 4. Add a teaspoon of peanut oil, wait for the smoke and then put in the sliced steak. | 5. Stir fry until the meat is no longer red and add back the vegetables. | 6.
