Place ribs over the vegetables, and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning. Add broth. | 3. Cover. Cook on Low for 10-11 hours or on High for 5 to 5 1/2 hours. | 4. Using a slotted spoon, remove the ribs and vegetables from the cooker. Skim fat from juices in cooker; discard. | 5.
