    | 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. | 2. Saute the shallot, 2 tbsps butter, and 1 cup of button mushrooms. | 3. Butterfly cut the beef tenderloin. | 4. Coat the beef tenderloin with soy sauce and salt and pepper the beef. | 5. Cool down the mushroom and shallots in the fridge as not to cook the inside of the beef. | 6. Once cooled place the mushroom and shallot on the beef. | 7. Fold over the beef and tie up with cooking string. | 8. Cook the beef at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. | 9.
