Roll out other batch and place on top. | 12. Pinch edges to seal. | 13. Beat egg white until stiff and brush over crust. | 14. Bake at 400°F for 50- 60 minutes. | 15. While baking, mix remaining ingredients. | 16. When done remove pie squares from oven--cool only slightly. | 17.
