Heat oil in pan over med-high heat. Add onion, celery, and carrot; saute 8 mins or until tender. | 4. Add zucchini and garlic; saute 2 minutes | 5. Add cooked groats, broth, and next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil. | 6. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
