    | 1. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish with nonstick spray. | 2. In a large saucepan, combine evaporated milk, sugar, and salt over low heat. | 3. Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. | 4. Remove saucepan from heat and add 2 cups marshmallows, chocolate chips, 3/4 c peanuts, and vanilla. | 5. Stir until marshmallows and chips are melted. | 6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with remaining marshmallows and peanuts, gently pushing them into the fudge. | 7.
