    | 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast salt. Add water and oil, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vinegar, beat on high for 2 minutes. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Sprinkle tops with remaining 2 tbsp cornmeal. | 3. Heat griddle to 325Ëš F.
