    | 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. | 2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; blend well. | 3. Cut into 8 wedges each but do not separate. | 8. Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. | 9.
