    | 1. Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing thoroughly. | 2. Pat evenly over bottom of greased 9"x9" pan. | 3. Spread onion over meat. | 4. Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes or until topping is done. | 10. If making cheese sauce, microwave sauce on high for approximately 1 minute or until melted. | 11.
