    | 1. Rinse the cauliflower. | 2. Add water in a pot (should cover 2/3 of cauliflower). | 3. Add salt. | 4. Add cauliflower and cook for about 10-15 minutes. | 5. Gravy: Whisk some of the flour in the milk in a pot. | 6. Add the rest of flour and butter. | 7. Cook for about 3-5 minutes. | 8. Add ham and parsley. | 9. Add salt and pepper to taste. | 10. Put cauliflower on a dish, pour the gravy over. | 11. Eat and enjoy. | 12.
