REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND COOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO GET RID OF THE RAW FLOUR TASTE. | 12. STIR IN SOUR CREAM AT LITTLE AT A TIME, STIR THOROUGHLY UNTIL BLENDED WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. | 13.
