In another pan heat butter, stir in flour with whisk. | 6. Blend well, add milk stirring rapidly. Season with salt and pepper. | 7. Remove from heat and stir in cheese, add cayenne pepper to taste. | 8. Combine cabbage and sauce. Spoon into a buttered casserole. | 9. Mix bread crumbs with butter. | 10.
