    | 1. In large bowl, mix together ground beef, egg yolks, salt, pepper, parsley and bread crumbs. | 2. Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into beef mixture. Form mixture into 8 oval patties. | 3. Over medium heat, melt butter in large frying pan, and brown patties well on each side. Remove to 9x13 baking dish. | 4. Stir flour into pan drippings until lightly browned. Whisk in beef bouillon and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream.
