    | 1. In small saucepan, melt butter and add chopped onions. Cook onions about 5 minutes til just tender. | 2. *Add garlic during the last minute. | 3. Add water and boullion and bring to a boil. | 4. Add rice, stir, put lid on and shut off heat. | 5. Let sit 5 minutes. | 6. Stir in mayo. | 7. Fold in peas. | 8. Wahlah! Easy as that! | 9. If you like it creamier, add more mayo! | 10. You can also add chopped parsley or a favorite herb. | 11. Serve with pepper if desired. | 12. Just think of this as a starting point for however you would like to make it! :). | 13. We like it as written, though. ;). | 14. And I like that it's all in one pan!
