    | 1. Beat egg whites until very firm, gradually adding the sugar and a pinch of salt. About 5-10 minutes. | 2. Slowly and carefully incorporate coconut and lemon cest. | 3. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Kokosbusserl are supposed to be soft and moist in the middle, be careful not to burn them. | 5.
