    | 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. | 2. Grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan. | 3. Set aside. | 4. Melt butter in large skillet over high heat. | 5. Add onion. | 6. Reduce heat to medium and cook until almost tender. | 7. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink. | 8. Add spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg, pepper flakes and olives. | 9. Cook 5 minutes. | 10. Transfer to large bowl. | 11. Stir in cheese, eggs, and oregano. | 12. Place 1/2 dough in baking pan. | 13. Spread spinach mixture on top. | 14. Top with the other 1/2 dough. | 15.
