    | 1. Combine orange juice and yogurt. | 2. Wash chicken and marinate in yogurt mixture. | 3. Prep time of 3 hours is a guess for minimal marinating time. | 4. Preferably I would marinate overnight. | 5. Grill chicken on BBQ until thoroughly cooked, braising often with remaining yogurt mixture. | 6. Chop mango, red& green peppers, and onion into small pieces, combine with minced garlic. | 7. When Chicken is done, combine mango mixture and remaining yogurt mixture and pour over chicken. | 8. Cook rice according to package directions. | 9. Serve rice with chicken. | 10.
