    | 1. peel the garlic cloves & cruch them. | 2. grate the onion and place with the garlic & oregano in a mixing bowl. | 3. add the the olive oil,grape juice and salt & pepper & mix thouroughly this is the marinade. | 4. cut the meat into 3/4 inch cubes and add to the marinade,making sure all the meat is coated. | 5. leave in fridge overnight,or at least 3 hours. | 6. thread the meat cubes onto skewers(at least 4 will be needed). | 7. heat broiler or barbecue & cook the skewers of meat for 10-15 minuites. | 8. turn the meat occasionally & brush with some of the spare marinade. | 9. check the meat is cooked though by removing one cube from a skewer & cutting it in 2. when ready server with salad & a dollop of greek yogurt. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
