    | 1. Heat olive oil, garlic, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, fennel, and cumin. Once warm, add the chicken. Cook until it is almost cooked through. | 2. Add the bell pepper and onion. Cook until the onion is starting to get soft. Add the squash and olives and cook until the onion is clear. | 3. Add the feta cheese. Mix well. Add oregano and nutmeg. Mix well. | 4.
