    | 1. Preheat oven to 350F. | 2. Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into wedges no bigger than 1 inch and place into a large bowl. | 3. Juice lemon and add to the potatoes. Add olive oil, melted butter, salt, oregano, garlic powder, pepper and paprika. Mix well. | 4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a 9x13" pan. Scrape the seasoning from the bowl onto the potatoes as well. | 5. Slowly add the vegetable broth, taking care not to pour directly over the potatoes to avoid rinsing off the seasonings. Dust with additional paprika. | 6. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes. | 7. Remove foil and bake for another 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. | 8. Remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil, and allow to rest for about 15 minutes. | 9. Serve! | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
