    | 1. Cut cucumber in half and spoon out the seeds. Take a grater, or shredder (whatever you have) and grate the cucumber. If you don't have either, give it a small dice. | 2. Squeeze all the excess water out of the cucumber, using paper towels or dish towels. Srinkle the salt over the cucumber to further dehydrate it. | 3.
