With the microwave on HIGH, cook for 5 to 6 minutes. | 5. Remove from the microwave, and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. | 6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. | 7. Stir in the mushrooms. | 8. Return to the microwave, uncovered, and cook on MEDIUM for 3 minutes. | 9. Stir every 60 seconds. | 10. Chill at least 24 hours before serving. | 11.
