    | 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. | 2. Peel potatoes, rinse and cut lengthwise into wedges. Place in large casserole. | 3. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil - toss to coat very well. | 4. Dissolve bouillon into water. Pour lemon juice and bouillon over potatoes. Toss to coat again. | 5. Add oregano and toss again. | 6. Cover and bake 20 minutes. | 7. Remove cover and bake another 40 minutes, basting often. | 8.
