    | 1. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except bread. | 2. Using a whisk or electric mixer mix until well combined & frothy. | 3. Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat until hot. | 4. While skillet is heating soak bread in egg mixture (one at a time) for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side. | 5. Using an egg turner carefully remove bread and place in skillet. | 6. Cook until golden brown then turn and cook on other side. | 7.
