    | 1. Coat chicken with mixture of flour, salt, and pepper, reserve 2 T of flour mixture. | 2. Heat butter in large skillet. | 3. Brown chicken on both sides,turning often, about 12 minutes, until chicken tests done. | 4. Remove chicken and keep warm. | 5. To skillet, add onion and garlic, saute 1 minute. | 6. Add reserved flour mixture, cook and stir 1 minute. | 7. Add milk, cook and stir until milk boils. | 8. Add shrimp, cheese, parsley and pepper flakes. | 9. Simmer for 3 minutes. | 10.
