    | 1. Spray 9x13" dish with cooking spray. | 2. Cut or rip bread into smaller pieces and spread in pan. | 3. Whisk pumpkin, eggs, milk (I use almond milk), sugar, flavorings , salt and spices. | 4. Pour mixture over bread, pushing bread down so it all soaks up the good stuff. | 5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or a few hours). | 6. In a separate bowl, mix together streusel topping (flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. | 7. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until pieces are pea-size. | 8. Cover and refrigerate. | 9. An hour before serving time, preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 10. Uncover bread mixture and top with streusel mixture. | 11. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set and golden brown. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
