    | 1. In a large skillet, saute onions in butter until tender. | 2. Remove from heat and add potatoes Toss the shredded cheese with flour, salt and pepper. | 3. Add to skillet and blend well. | 4. In a small bowl, beat eggs and cream. | 5. Blend into the potato mixture. | 6. Spoon into a greased 9" square baking dish. | 7. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350. | 8. Cool for five minutes, then cut in squares. | 9. This can be prepared the day before and refrigerated overnight. | 10. Cover before refrigerating. | 11.
