    | 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. | 2. Combine water, butter and chocolate in saucepan; bring to a boil. | 3. Remove from heat. Mix together flour and sugar. | 4. Stir in flour and sugar. | 5. Add eggs, sour cream, baking soda and salt. Mix well. | 6. Pour into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 jelly roll pan. | 7. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. | 8. Frost while warm with milk chocolate frosting. | 9. Cool. | 10. Cut into squares. | 11. For the Frosting: Combine butter, chocolate and milk in saucepan. | 12. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add sugar. | 13. Beat until smooth. | 14. Stir in vanilla. | 15. Spread on squares. | 16.
