    | 1. In large container, bring water to a boil. | 2. Add salt & rice & stir. | 3. Boil uncovered for 15 minutes. | 4. Pour rice into colander & drain. | 5. In seperate saucepan, saute mushrooms in butter & wine. | 6. Season with salt & pepper. | 7. Add chopped parsley & let wilt slightly. | 8. Toss drained rice with wine-mushroom mixture. | 9. Put in greased 1-quart flat Pyrex dish. | 10. Cover with foil/. | 11. Heat thoroughly at 350F about 20-25 minutes. | 12.
