    | 1. Clean and thin slice mushrooms; set aside. | 2. In a heavy fry pan on medium heat, melt butter and oil and saute garlic and onion for 2 minutes. | 3. Stir in mushrooms, parsley, salt& pepper. | 4. Cover and cook until the mushrooms have wilted down and released their liquid, approximately 10 minutes. | 5. Uncover to reduce liquid by 1/2 to intensify flavors. | 6. Add heavy cream and cook till slightly thickened. | 7. Adjust seasoning to taste. | 8. Remove from heat. | 9.
