    | 1. Stir together sugar, butter, vanilla, egg and vanilla. | 2. Add in dark chocolate, white chocolate and pecans. | 3. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and add to batter. | 4. Stir until well combined. (dough may be stiff, I like to work it a bit with my hands.). | 5. Form a log and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. | 6. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. | 7. Remove from oven and cool log on wire rack for 10 minutes. | 8. Meanwhile lower oven to 325 degrees. | 9. When 10 minutes is up, slice log into cookies and place back on cookie sheet leaving space between each cookie. | 10.
