    | 1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. | 2. Combine eggs, egg white and crème de menthe, stirring well with a wire whisk. | 3. Carefully cut each log diagonally into 15 (12/-inch) slices and place, cut sides down, on baking sheet. | 11.
