    | 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. | 2. Cream Promise spread and sugar until smooth. | 3. Add eggs and milk and beat well. | 4. Slowly add in flour mixture (flour, baking powder, & salt) and mix well. | 5. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. | 6. Flatten slightly and bake about 12 minutes before they start to brown. | 7. Remove from oven and place on cooling racks. | 8. When completely cool you may frost them. | 9. Frosting: Mix Promise spread, sugar, milk, and anise extract until smooth. | 10. Use to frost cooled cookies. | 11.
